Essex CHIPS is a local 501 c3 organization that promotes healthy youth development. One of our staff members (Marisa James) contacted you recently to acquire further about this grant. I noticed that “letters to non-profits were send on November 4th” and would like to know more about this as we – as a local Chittenden County non-profit – have not received anything.
